The cost to adopt a pet varies between animals, but all adoption fees include:
-The spaying or neutering of the pet.
-Microchip Identification.
-The first set of Vaccinations.
-Sales Tax.

 Fluffy Fine Print....
Before you can adopt a pet, you must:

-Be at least 18 years of age.
-Bring in all house-mates (including children) to meet the pet.
-Have a permanent address that can be verified.
