CALLING ALL TORBIE LOVERS - Please come and see for yourself how gorgeous I am. I am medium size tri color (black/brown/orange) with very soft fur and chartreuse eyes. I was brought to the shelter because my previous owners could no longer care for me. I am in foster care at present because I did not do well in a cage. When I arrived at my new foster home I was not a happy camper. I was very shy, scared, hissy and nippy. My new mom and I are working on my trust issues and I am making tremendous progress and am being fostered with other cats and kittens. I get along best with Nyla - a four year old grey tabby. I am very alert to sudden noises and movements. My foster mom can pick me up and carry me around and I enjoy giving her leg rubs for attention and head pets. I even like watching TV with her at night time. I am low maintenance and can entertain myself with my toys but enjoy playing with a string catnip toy with you. I would prefer a quiet home by myself or with another calm, adult cat. If you are a kind, loving, patient person that can give me time to warm up to you (it won't take long) I would make a wonderful, loving companion.
