Join us for an ARL Fundraiser at Round Corner Cantina in Lawrenceville!
-8pm - 2am
-Kitchen closes after 8pm that day, no food will be served during the party
-DJs for the night are J.Malls, Ed Um and Soccer John-Entry fee is $5 and all proceeds (after event expenses) will happily be donated to the Animal Rescue League of Western PA.-Drink Specials - $5 Sangria, $3 Tecate cans, $3 Modelo Especial cans
-This celebration also commemorates the Animal Rescue League's offical 100th birthday on October 30, 2009!

Girl Scout Badge Day - Saturday, November 7, 2009
Earn your Wildlife badge at the ARL Wildlife Center. Six sections of the Wildlife badge are covered. A minimum of ten scouts per session is needed to run the program. Brownie Badge Day - Saturday, November 12, 2009
Earn your wildlife badge in this fun afternoon program just for Brownies! A minimum of ten scouts per session is needed to run the program. Home Schooler Program - Tuesday, November 17, 2009
Open to home schoolers grades 1-6. Program: Tucked in for Winter. When Jack Frost arrives, do you ever wonder how the animals survive? This query and more are answered in this wintry program that includes a close encounter with an opossum, skunk or rabbit. The one hour lesson is followed by an optional tour of our menagerie, home to our education animals. Cost: The class is $10 per student. Live Animal Art Class - Tuesday, December 29, 2009
Make the most of your school holiday! Join us for this one-of-a-kind class In the first hour, Education Director Tammy Frech introduces students a few of our education animals. During the second hour students will do an art project based on one of these animals taught by Cindy Shaffer, Sweetwater Center for the Arts instructor. All materials included. Fee: $25. Winter Critter Camp - Wednesday, December 30, 2009
Make the most of a school holiday! Children ages 6-10 are invited to learn all about the wonders of wildlife at our one day camp. Hike the nature trail. Learn all about Pennsylvania's native wildlife. Tour the Menagerie, home to our education animals. Play fun games and make crafts. Morning snack provided. Children should bring a bagged lunch.
