My dog, Mayer. I adopted him from the ARL on May 22, 2005 (long before I worked here). He is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. Mayer is a Dogo Argentino/Pitbull Mix- he is very big, very adorable, very sweet and very, very smart. I would venture to say that he has a better personality than some people I know. My "Baby Polar Bear" (as I like to call him since he is all white with short hair) gives me the motivation, tenacity and devotion to work as hard as possible to further the ARL mission.

I handle all marketing, media, publication, website, special events and general communications for the ARL. It keeps me very busy, but everytime we have positive press or bring new supporters to our cause through awareness efforts- it makes everything worth the time and energy.
