Spay Day USA

Spay Day USA is The Humane Society of the United States' and Humane Society International's annual event to inspire people to save animals' lives by spaying or neutering pets and feral cats. Spay Day officially takes place on the last Tuesday of February - but events will be running all through the month! The 16th annual Spay Day will be Feb. 23, 2010. The Animal Rescue League of Western PA is a proud participant of this program!

You can help our shelter raise funds through the Spay Day USA Photo Contest. Click on the photo below to vote for the ARL or upload your own photo and choose the Animal Rescue League as the beneficiary for your votes. The 2010 Spay Day USA contest will run from January 20, 2010 to March 4, 2010.

The ARL will hold multiple spay days throughout the months of February and March 2010:

February 2,  2010: Feral Cat Spay Day

February 10, 2010: Spay Day

February 16, 2010: Feral Cat Spay Day

February 24, 2010: Spay Day 

March 3, 2010: Spay Day 

March 10, 2010: Spay Day

March 24, 2010: Spay Day
