Thank you for making Sammy irresistable to me on Petfinder. I really was not looking to adopt until after our vacation in July. My rotweiler, Bronx, lost the battle to cancer around easter, and I knew for my other dogs sake I needed another companion for her and we did have room to help out a dog in need. I knew I was going to be looking for an adult dog which was taken to the shelter by its owner so I could read all of the quirks. I have a toddler so I had to be very cautious. Once I read Sammys bio, I could’t get him out of my head. So I said I would wait till the following weekend to check if he was still available….I didn’t last 2 days until I went to see him.
Almost two weeks later, he is really fitting in well. He managed to squeeze his way into our bed, and Izzy our lab was okay with sharing some of her spot. He is starting to play, which I didn’t think he did until yesterday. I attached a picture of what I walked in my living room to….adorable. Hailey has claimed Sammy as her puppy!
Have a great day. Thanks for doing what you do, Sammy is in a loving home, and will be spoiled rotten. We truely do believe our “pets” are members of our family.

Millions of Peaches, Peaches for me! That's what a kind-hearted woman probably quipped when she adopted long-time ARL cat, Little Peaches! This fuzzy feline was with us for 11 months before she finally went home. She will now be living with 2 Russian Toy Terrier dogs, 2 cats, and a parrot. Her foster mom tells us that Little Peach did great when meeting the dogs, and we are certain that she will be fine with her other new siblings. Congratulations Little Peaches! You finally made it!

Just wanted to give you an update on Hey. The first week she hid in my basement and only came out to eat and use the litter box. The second week she ventured upstairs but still ran back to the basement (her safe haven) when I saw her. As of now she is upstairs, getting along with my other cat, Snowbell, and greeting guests at the door. She has come out of her shell in the 2 weeks I have had her and is now comfortable everywhere in the house. She is a loving cat and it is hard not to love her. Hey has her permanent home and is a part of my family. Thank you.

We adopted "Batley" which we renamed "Badely" after fostering him for a short time. All of the staff were so knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. He is the sweetest dog we could ask for and will definitely be coming back to get him a friend after a little while. Badely's faveriote things are his bones, squeaky toys, and everyone's lap. He loves to snuggle and also loves getting an ice cube to play with while we are cooking dinner!
Thank you all so much for your help :)
